ClimbClaw ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered climbing coaching service operated by Ofer Blutrich. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our WhatsApp-based coaching service and web dashboard.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information: Phone number and WhatsApp display name, provided when you message us.
- Profile information: Name, climbing level, boulder grade, discipline, training days, injuries, and goals — provided by you during onboarding.
- Training data: Training programs, session logs (RPE, pain level, duration), and exercise history.
- Messages: Conversation content exchanged with the coaching agent via WhatsApp.
- Dashboard data: Email address and login credentials if you use the web dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide personalized climbing training programs and coaching.
- Track your training progress, compliance, and injury risk.
- Send session reminders and program updates via WhatsApp.
- Allow your coach to view and adjust your training plan.
- Improve our coaching service.
3. How We Store Your Data
- Your data is stored securely on Base44 (our application platform) and our server infrastructure.
- Conversation data is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate coaching responses. Anthropic does not use your data for training.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as you use the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or contacting us at the email below.
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correction: Update inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request removal of your data by messaging "הסר" on WhatsApp or emailing us. We complete deletion within 30 days. For the complete scope of what is deleted and the exact procedure, see the Data Deletion Procedure (§17).
- Opt-out: Stop coaching messages at any time by replying "הסר" (Hebrew) or "STOP" on WhatsApp. All scheduled messages stop immediately.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
